RESET YOUR CONNECTION BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS:

  1. Shut down your computer.
  2. Unplug the CPE from the wall.
  3. Wait 30 seconds then plug the power to the CPE back in.
  4. Wait another 30 seconds
  5. Restart your computer and try the connection.
